Writing effectives emails

Although it can seem obvious nowadays, writing an email is not the simple we think it is. We must think in advance in different things about it: the register we use (rather formal or informal), the subject of the mail, which results very important to attract the attention of the reader and also about a good introduction and ending to the content.

We need all this tips to create an effective or accurate text really important these days when letters are old-fashioned and most of the professional work and communications must be transmitted through this medium. In these cases it is not only important the content but the way we transmit it, which can cause a very good first impression that might make the difference when having two different great projects and none of them can be chosen as the best.

Today’s practice became a fantastic way to improve our skills on writing mails and applying the things described before. Apart from that, it resulted very important to me realizing the relevance of the BCO field when sending an email to different people so that all of them who receive it cannot have access to each other’s account.
